What is your return policy? 

Custom Graduation Cap Designs: To receive a refund, you MUST return the design to the address on the package that was shipped to you within 30 days of receiving it.

Custom Shoes: No refunds

Original Canvas Art: No refunds

Canvas Art Prints: No refunds

*I send pictures of completed custom orders to customers prior to shipping to insure that buyers are satisfied with the look of the design before they receive it. If you are not satisfied with the design in the picture I send you. Please let me know so that I can either try to fix it or cancel your order.*
